Poured Syrup

These are my motivations to finally get a job and to quit being a fucking bum already. Since I've been unemployed for 4 months now (yes I've been feeding and leeching off my mother for 4 months now which is kinda embarrassing but whatever lol), I believe it's about time that I get my ass off of my bed and find a job already. And a good motivation would just about do the trick to get me started with my job hunt.

PART 1: Wishes & Loves I wish I could dress myself like these girls do to themselves. The indie, sort-of-lazy kind of way. The sad part is, I don't know where to buy these types of clothing. I could go through so much racks at some thrift shop before I feel the need to just stop and be content with what I have at hand. Plus, a good fashion sense would come in handy too. Unfortunately, I think I just have less than 50% of that sense. So the closest that I could get to this kind of fashion statement is this:

My blog's current layout <3 I love the way my blog looks at the moment. And the fact that I made the whole thing myself. It's been quite a long time since I edited blogger's classic template codes cause I've been blogging on tumblr for the past 2 years. But it's great that I still know how to so I was able to edit my layout, which took me 2 or 3 days actually. It was worth all the headache though lol

I am going to personally dedicate this blog post to you, you ugly piece of so-called human being.   Appropriate. Dear Miss HR Recruitment whatever you are, I have sort of calmed down already, but not totally. What I need to do is fucking slap your face and tell you how much of a fucking idiot you are and then I'll move on. My girlfriend said that I should build a bridge and get over it, but what I really want to do is to literally make you a bridge so I could step on your face while I'm getting over you. It's just fucking annoying and mind-boggling how you are still employed. I really don't get it. Someone like you should be out-of-job.

An hour advance in posting to make up for not being able to post last Thursday (for Things I Love Thursdays). I mentioned in this post that I would do two weekly posts so I wouldn't have such a hard time thinking of a topic in case nothing worth blogging about happens to me. I wasn't able to post my first Music Mondays entry last week so I'm gonna do one now: Anino by Up Dharma Down. And here is a link of a reblogged audio post from my tumblr account, just in case. It's the new unreleased track of my favorite local band: Up Dharma Down. The band have always been my most loved from the local music scene. Their songs are timeless and 2, 3 or 4 years from now, I am pretty sure that people would still want to listen to their songs--and that most definitely includes me.

&&   && Say hello to my blog's new banner (I actually made three, but undecided at the moment on which I would use so whatever you're seeing right now will most likely be the choice)! This is what kept me busy for the past two days. After browsing blogs and seeing all their site's banners, I have come to realize that I do need one for my own. Plus, the text blog title is beginning to bore me, so I decided to do this.

I wish the cover (or whatever you call the outside part) of my laptop could like as cool as this. But sadly, I suck at doing collages and choosing images from magazines that could go together.       I wish my room looked like this. But it can't because my room sucks and I have no money to buy new furniture for it to possibly come close to looking like this and I have no idea how that DIY shit works so I'm stuck with a sucky room it's just too unfortunate. I wish I have a closet just like this. I'd probably never leave the place just because it's too cool and I want to look at everything all day everyday.

I would like to first post a picture of me in my outfit earlier today--just because I am so absolutely in love with it and the fact that I just bought the top at some Ukay Ukay store haha Picture was taken in one of the dressing rooms at Forever 21 lol MOVING ON... Today we finally pushed through our 5th-month-together date. Yes! We decided to go to SM Megamall since it's so easy to go home from there (thank you shuttles!), plus there are lots of shops to go to and window-shop at. Plus, the cinemas there are not that bad and we (and that actually means me ) really want to watch The Amazing Spider-Man already since they said it's a pretty amazing film. So based on the reviews and reactions that I have read from several people, I had quite high expectations on the film.

So this day, despite it being our 5 months of being together, was just like any other day for us. We woke up, got all cuddly and cheesy with each other (which is actually what we do everyday), watched something while lying in bed and then ate. We weren't really planning on doing anything today and to be honest, we actually forgot that it is our 5 month together, if it wasn't for my best friend who greeted us in advance last night. Our original plan (which we made this morning) was to just spend this day like any other and do just that. But I couldn't help myself cause I really want to watch a movie (either Magic Mike or The Amazing Spider-Man). Unfortunately, it was already too late when we decided, so when we got to the mall, the next screening for both movies was the last full show for the day, and that ends at around 11pm and we didn't really want to stay out that late. Say hello to the first-ever tumblr baby, Miss Miranda Aeres. Why you ask is she dubbed as a "tumblr baby"? Well the answer is pretty simple. Her mom and dad met through tumblr--this blogging site on the internet--fell in love, and eventually bore this adorable little girl that I am carrying in the picture above. She is the first baby that has ever been conceived by two people who just met through tumblr. It's really cute cause there's like a one in a thousand or million chance that two people who just met on some internet site will ever have a lasting relationship. And just in case you're wondering, Christian and Aerielle (the baby's parents--obviously) have been together for 2 years now. <3 Anyway, today was that little girl's christening and I went with my girlfriend and saw some people and friends that I have not seen in quite a long time. So the event became sort of a mini reunion for some of us.

It was just a few minutes after I've woken up when I got the text from my friend asking me to go to Eastwood and to take my girlfriend along with me. The last time that I've been with these people was months ago and I have missed them so incredibly much. So even if my girlfriend and I have just a few bucks left, I still opted to go. When we got there, they have just received their food order from Pancake House. But since we're tight on our money at the moment, we had to eat some place else--and Bon Chon is just a few steps away from Pancake House. We both have not tried the famous Bon Chon chicken yet so we instantly jumped at the opportunity of eating there, and not to mention that their price is much cheaper than that of Pancake House's.

I've seen some bloggers do this "Monday Mixtape" thing and "Things I Love Thursday". So I searched on Google for the complete list and  so far, I have only added two on the list which are: "Friday Favorites" or "DIY (do-it-yourself) Friday" and "Wednesday Wedding" (which I don't really see the point of since not every blogger is married, has been married or wants to get married, but who am I to judge anyway). But if anybody out there has the complete list of this, please contact me. I am begging, please please please please! Anyway, there were some pretty good posts and photos that I've read and seen so I think I'm gonna do this. Except, I would only do 2 days--Monday and Thursday. I think that would be much easier and appropriate for me since I know nothing about this DIY business seeing that I am too lazy to even get up from my bed except when I need to do some "toilet business" and get so

About a year or two ago, I got so much into make-up and I started collecting some for my own. But the problem is, I only focused on buying the make-up and not the storage. So up until now, most of them are still scattered all over my dresser and drawers and I don't know how I'm supposed to organize them. I see some ideas on the internet but then the storage drawers or whatever-you-call-them that they use cannot be in-store bought here in the Philippines. They would have to be ordered online and needs a credit card for payment. Since my credit card (which is an extension from my mother's account) already expired and I am currently unemployed and are obviously currently unable to apply for my own, so I have no means of paying those items. Heartbreaking indeed So these are some of the storage ideas that I saw on the internet that I find really nice:   Photos are taken from the internet. 

I'd have to admit that I'm not a big fan of the local entertainment scene. They're not really my cup of tea. I would much prefer anything Hollywood, as most of other Filipinos. But Rodolfo Quizon Sr., or most commonly known as Dolphy is different. I haven't watched all his movies since most of them are dated back way before I was even born, but those that I have watched made me laugh, made me cry and made me feel so many things. He is good at what he does, and better at making people laugh, hence being dubbed as the Philippines Entertainment's King of Comedy. It is of no surprise too since most of his films and TV shows are of the comedic genre.

This is Jessica, my girlfriend. And just like any other proud girlfriend in the world, I would have to say that she is the best one.

Every time I see an old man who's tall with medium built, with white hair, wearing a polo or polo shirt with slacks or jeans on, and leather shoes; an old man who seems so confident and intimidating and so intellectual--the lawyer or politician type; an old man who looks so strict and old-fashion and who rarely smiles that you'd sort of feel bad for his children cause maybe they had a really hard time growing up. An old man who looks so familiar that I might actually mistake him for my dad--if only he was still alive.

and I don't even know what that really means. Well, I already have an active blog at the moment and I update it quite often. But I don't think it's actually measuring up to the true definition of a "blog". It's just mostly a bunch of pretty pictures that I see on my dashboard and just can't help but reblog, or random, weird, nonsensical thoughts that I could not possibly keep to myself. So maybe what I'm trying to do here again is to just have a place where I could put my more sensible thoughts in and possibly my day-to-day shenanigans that doesn't really matter but I would share anyway. I suppose to the person who's reading this (which would most likely be just me, or my girlfriend, if she ever finds out about this and I know she will soon enough), brace yourself for a whole blog of nothing but random thoughts that I know for sure you wouldn't really care about.
