Seriously, fuck the Philippine Government! I don't understand why they are not able to function properly. I really don't. Their consistent incompetence is just beyond me! Can somebody please explain to me why it is so hard for them to fix whatever shit they need to fix on their system, or fire the lazy-ass, corrupt people working in their offices. So here's the thing: I web-searched for an easy way to get my NBI clearance form, since I need a new one for my new job. I read that the nearest NBI clearance center to me--which is at Robinson's Metro East--is just inexplicably stressful. The line starts at 1AM (seriously wtf is up with this 1AM shit?!), and the center opens at around 8AM. I've also read that the people working in their work way too slow so it would take some of these people a heck of a long time just to get this piece of paper.
